Paws for Responsibility... was formed in 1989, as a non-profit 501(3)(c) Colorado Corporation, to promote the safety of children around animals. By teaching practical safety rules that are easy to follow, along with teaching respect and responsible pet ownership, we help prevent harmful encounters between children and animals.

WHO ARE "THE PALZ"?
Performing Palz (the “Palz”) began in the 80’s with two canine actors: Tora (Akita) and Mocha (American Cocker Spaniel). The name “Palz” came from the owner’s names, “Pat” and “Liz”.
